Problems, Returns & Refunds
As with any flat-packed product, there may occasionally be a wrong part supplied, or maybe a missing part. This is a very rare event, but sometimes it does happen. If this happens we ask that you contact us straight away. We will speak to the manufacturer and ensure that the missing or incorrect part is with you as soon as possible.
If your goods are defective or damaged upon receipt then again, please contact Climbing Frames Etc. immediately after your product arrives so that we can get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
You have the right to return the goods within 7 working days. Providing the goods are in the same condition that they were in when they were delivered to you then a full refund will be given within 30 days (usually within 7 days) of the goods being returned. The cost of returning the goods will be charged to you at the rate that we are charged by the manufacturer. This must be paid by you prior to the goods being collected. Our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer and each one charges a differing amount. We will not know the exact cost until we are advised by the manufacturer, but from past experience a charge of around £71 should be expected. You will only be charged what we are charged by the manufacturer, and no more. The collection of the goods can involve a special journey to collect them in a lorry and incurs considerable expense in terms of man hours, fuel, and inconvenience, such as re-scheduling deliveries. If for any reason the manufacturer waives the pick up charge then you will be advised of this and you will not be charged.
We reserve the right to examine photographs of products claimed to be defective. Goods will not be accepted for return unless by prior arrangement with us first. Your statutory rights are not affected.
